Powder brown tang help

Notice that there's something on my tang.

Hard to tell kind of looks like a scrape.

It was smaller. Started to notice it when it was a small area under the top fin. Now it's all the way to the head.

Hard to tell from the pictures but his coloration seems to indicate that he is stressed. If anything picking on him?

No one picks on him. He's very active and eats like a champ. Never stop swimming. He goes back and forth all day

1 month. It was an upgrade from my 40g to the 120g. Everything in the 40 was brought over. Just added more rocks ad water

Damn was he in the 40 before or is he brand new addition?

Even then the tank is still new they are really sensitive .
