  • Tropheus Kabimba Canary Cheek

So I finally got my wild group of 20. I started with 3m:9f because that's all that Greg had and I just got 2m:6f from Greg last night. I also ordered 9 Saddleback Petros of which 5 were DOA so it was pretty pointless ordering to only get 4. Anyways, I'm about to start treatment because the new fish won't eat anything. Big thanks to Donovan (crazybmx) or whatever his alias is. He used his step fathers truck to help me get the new tank and rocks. And he helped paint the stand. Pretty much dedicated all day to helping me. Thanks bro. Well I have a short video that I will be posting soon after I upload to YouTube. After two previous imports I'm highly pleased with these fish. The gene pool is crazy. Some fish have yellow cheeks and some have more metallic cheeks with gray masks. Beautiful.

They are ephiphium species. Same as Moshi. Almost identical as juvies.

Call it what it is: Petrochromis Ephippium. No such thing as a Petrochromis Saddleback or sp. Saddleback.

Oh I used common name. Actually Petrochromis Ephippium has different variants. I believe one of these is a Moshi. 3 of them are bronze and yellow. One is solid yellow with darker mask.
