using t5HO on a regualr t5 fixure.

i got 2 t5 fixture that are for regular t5 bulbs. it currently running a 34in. 21w. was wondering if i can use these fixture for the high output t5 bulbs

you will blow the ballast or wiring out bc of the higher watts
