  • Planted discus tank

    So this is my tank it is a 60 gal tank that has 4 discus, 9 black neons, 7 black skirts, and 7 red somethings can't remember the names of them any ways this is a picture of tank from 6 weeks ago

              The tank looks nice. Your red fish are known as Serpae/Red Minor tetras.

                Nice start. Keep an eye on the black skirts and serpaes; they can get fin nippy.

                  so I have a question due to a leak in my sons tank I had to move his fish platies swordtails and a molly into my 60 gal with the discus will this present a problem?

                    it can, i've had to remove platies due to them harassing discus.
                    my fish house:
                    2.5g- ramshorn hatchery
                    6g eclipse- yellow shrimp, chili rasboras, yellow apple snails
                    29g- geo grow-out, angels, 12"fire eel, dwarf frog, apple snails
                    45g- jade sleeper gobies, native killifish, feeder endlers

                    75g-
                    2 oscars, parrot, silver dollars, albino channel cat, syno euptera, bichir, baby jaguar, convicts, yabby
                    125g- fahaka puffer, rainbow shark
                    and about a dozen bettas....
