id get it if i had a tank tall enough for it. I was thinking of getting a 36x36x18 but, I might up the height on it. still I worry it'll cook everything under it haha

Do it! Mine is 17 tall I think and the sps right near the surface AND near the sand are doing great! Get it and just keep it till you get your tank, just get it. JUST BUY MY FREAKING LIGHT ALREADY!!! ;-)

My tank is 24 inches deep but 400W is overkill. Would have to remove half the lamps
