  • Feed your discus white worms?

Does anyone feed discus with white worms? Are white worms good for discus? I currently feed mine with tetra color bits, frozen brine shrimp and frozen blood worms. I dont want to try beafheart mix because of water quality issue. Thinking to culture some white worms and feed them. Where can i get some white worm in SW Houston? All replies are appreciated.

White worms are fine, as long as they are clean. Instead of a beefheart mix, I just use a cheese grater on a frozen piece of beefheart and shave off a little to feed to my discus each time. They love it, and there is very little waste since each piece is eaten. I also recommend trying a seafood mix, as it is a little cleaner and still very good for your fish.
