Who makes a good chiller

I am gonna have to buy a 1/4 hp or bigger chiller befor summer kicks in and I don't want to buy a piece of junk. I have been looking at some inexpensive ones on eBay such as Eco plus and others in the 500 dollar range but I hope somebody has the experience to tell me if that would be a mistake. So I'm looking for suggestions and or a hookup if anybody has one for sale.

I personally think they are unnecessary unless you are running crazy MH and keep your house hot. I keep my house around 79 during the day and have a huge fan in the canopy and my water temp rarely gets beyond 81.5 and my corals are growing and fish are fine. I know one guy that used to be on Marsh that during the summer he would let is tank get up to 85 because it was in the garage with the front coming through the wall of his living room and his corals were huge and he was always fragging stuff off.
