I have had Discus about a year. Been keeping fish for about 30 years. Kept a reef tank from 1993 to 2007 (too expensive on the electric bill). I will try to get a better full tank shot tonight.

Thank you. Its not where I want it growthwise, but like any garden it takes time and patience. Thanks again for the kind words.

Very nice! I especially like how your sword has grown out of the water and has the babies shooting off. That adds a very nice touch to the whole display. I also love how you have a variety of fish mixed in with the discus. It really adds to the natural feel of it all.

                              Oops

Its one if the many variants of ” Pigeon Blood”
This one, and his reflection, has a pattern that is slowly coloring up.

I have two, the both were just orange and black when I got them.

I know that there are alot of Discus keepers who dont care for the Pigeon Blood Discus. But I took a chance on a couple of small ones, and here they are after alot of beef heart, blood worms, tetra bits, and tetra flakes. The flakes are mainly for the tetras.
