  • New catch

    Caught these guys in Galveston this weekend. I'm pretty sure they live exclusively on sea grasses. The top one broke his rostrum, but hopefully it will grow back as it molts. They were neon green when I caught them, and are getting their color back now. These guys are actually pretty big, about 2 inches long. Their huge rostrum makes them pretty awesome.

        Mmmm Skrimps..... I keep telling myself I need to start a SW tank. But then I keep reminding myself that I have to have a place to sleep.

                      Wow those are skrimps. I've never seen anything quite like it. Nice catch. What size net do you use and where did you get the specimen from?
