I am having a hard time keeping my wood down! I have resorted to using my rocks to anchor my wood. Any recommendations on scaping the tank once my wood settles.

I would suggest moving some of those plants in front of the filter lines.
    500g ????
    220g F1 Blue Giant Petrochromis

    180g WC Cyphotilapia Frontosa Moba.
    30g Fry tank

I thought about that. I am really not that crazy about the fake plants. Do you think I should do away with them completely?

        Do away with them!

        I love your fronts dude.

        I wish I had some. :(

Will you be replacing them with real plants?

Or are you doing with no plants at all?

No plants at all. I took them out a little while ago. Curious to see what my wife has to say. She is the one that wanted a little color besides the wood and rocks.

Is it possible to pull off a planted tank with fronts and all their digging?

Very nice tank by the way!

You can. Trophues will do the same. Granted the selection of plants drop off dramatically.

Aubius tied to some rocks will work.

I ended up selling them to someone out of state for 150. I am using cheap flouresent lights from Home Depot for now. I haven't decided if I want to change to a different fixture or not.
