  • Nerite snail eggs

    I found an odd item in my tank and took a pics using a 10x eye loop to come up with the below pic. I have found out that they are nerite snail eggs.

    Neat gizzmo you have there...

    Unless the water is brackish, I don't think these will hatch. The snails may continue to try tho.

      That's awesome! I had read that the "eggs" you see (the things that look like sesame seeds) actually had hundreds of nerite eggs within them, but have never seen a picture of the inside.
