If we're using a different one, sorry. But this is the form used last time:

The index cards have the description and information you want the auctioneer to tell people about... ie L046 Zebra pleco. Rare expensive, small guys who likes to hide out at day and come out at night. Needs both a meaty and veggie diet.

Other times when you right down Common Pleco, and the auctioneer knows everything about them and will just say the words themselves.
Its good to put down the scientific name so people can be 100% sure what it is they bid on.

            Keep smiling :)

I said this before the last one, and I still mean it - we don't use them. :) They just turn into added clutter.

Thanks...I am going to try to start getting things ready early, I was not so badly unprepared at the last auction...but I would rather have everything written ahead of time, instead of the day of the auction. Will they be using colored dots again? Or doing it by type of fish...first come...?

Colored dots will be handed to you. 4 tables and you assign the dots, you get one of each color per 4 items entered into the auction.

For your ID, just let one of the officers know through email or PM, or just post it here. Usually there's not a fight over them, but it's always good to be prepared. :)

As for double bagging, it's preferred, just because it's more forgiving should an accident occur.

I ask only cause there were a bunch of fish not double bagged at FOTOS, an some in 2 liter bottles...but I will double bag, just to be safe.

There is absolutely no way to predict what will be at a GHAC auction unless a seller specifies beforehand that he/she will be bringing such and such. We can tell you all about what has been brought in the past, but that in no way means that the same will be brought this time.

So, in short, we have no idea what's going to be there!

So, does it usually have around the same amount of items as FOTOS did?
