  • rare shrimp?

    anyone keep rare shrimp?  just curious and wondering if you sell them as well...i am looking into getting some blue tiger shrimp with the orange eyes...but not sure if i want to try them just yet.

    I have those.
    I just had 3 females release their eggs and there are shrimplets around the tank,
    I expect to have some for sale in a couple of months

          They're actually kinda sensitive to water conditions. More so than regular tigers. The pH in my tank is adjusted down to 6.5.
          I'm not sure if you already keep similar shrimp, because i wouldn't recommend these as "first shrimp".
          Chances are if you can keep regular tigers or CRS, it's not too much difficult to keep these.

            got some cherry shrimp...tigers...greens...and yellows...

            i'll be ready for the blues within a few months!

                They are called "orange eye blue tigers"
                It's a recessive mutation of the normal tiger shrimp.
