From the blurry pictures it could be a number of things.....dropsy, swim bladder infection, bloat, fungus...

I think the only thing left is to give it a swift thump.

You could try adding a little warm salt water to her tank, with an extra tablespoon or two of salt, but I would keep my fingers crossed at this point.

I'm sorry about your molly. It looks like she might have dropsy, which is a really horrible disease, and usually fatal. If possible, move her to another tank so she won't put other fish in danger and won't be picked on.  :(

            Re: Please help me

Make sure she is separate from all other fish, in her own tank.  HEATER AND AIRSTONE ONLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Warm water (like 84 degree water)
Put in Aquarium Salt -- double dose tonight.
Tomorrow morning (if she survives the night) -- Replace 100% of the water, with Fresh warm water.  If you can make the water outside in another container to the same or as close as you can water temp as it is.
Normal dose of Aquarium Salt then.   Add a double dose of Methylene Blue (This will kill any and ALL bacteria including the good ones for your tank too, which is why you have her separated from all other fish in her own container.)
Let the fish swim for 3 days in that.. if its survived that then you can pretty much believe the fish will survive the rest of the way.  If you visibly see Fungus, then add Binox into the mixture.

Oh no... doesn't look good. Looks like bloat or dropsy.

Do the scales protrude from her body ?  Bloat will show this.  If yes then Double Salt for 2-3 days...   If not then do what I said above.
