I think we need someone to be in charge of this, and set a date, and those who can do it, do it.  And those who can't, can do it the next time.  I don't think everyone will be available at the same time ever.

I'm still available this weekend if anyone wants to go ahead with it.

Well....girlgeek...I agree someone has to take charge of this and show initiative.

Maybe we can schedule this for a later date which would be easier for everyone else to comply? I haven't heard from Geoff in some time now, hope he's doing ok.

Here are the dates that might interfere with others.

I had originally, after the last tour didnt go, propose March 2nd (Sunday).
March 16th is OUT of the question as its the HAS spring auction and I am pretty sure alot of us will be attending this one.
I dont see any problems with any other weekend being a problem except if its at the same time of the GHAC meeting.

This tank tour Derek was in charge of organizing, and Donald was the one set for picking the date since he would be the one coming the farthest away.

The last tour was set to start at EK's, then Derek's, then Jonathan's, then Mine, and then end at the Geeks.  Or we could do it in reverse order no big deal.

Fshfrk added his place as a stop as well, and he is next to Alex's store.

We could do the Geeks at 8am, then My place, Derek's, Jonahtan, EK, Fshfrk, end at Alex's before it closes.

That's fine that everyone says this date is good or not and those who want to be on the tour.  Someone needs to step in and take charge, the others will follow.

It just isn't going to happen till someone takes up the responsibility to organize it and sticks with it.

ok I will take charge of this tour.

The Tour will be Saturday March 29th.  This will be the weekend after Easter.

I need people to post here if they are availible that day for tank tour.

My plan right now is to make a route as simple as possible, and we pile into one or two vehicles to make the trip.

If people drop out, then the tour just gets that much more smaller, and the more time we have at each stop to visit or socialize. :wink:
