Anyone here a carpenter?

I'm looking for someone to help me disassemble and reassemble a stand for an aquarium. The stand will not fit through my doors as is. It shouldn't take that long if you havesome sort of equipment (I have nothing). Will be compensated for time and effort (in fish, plants, or cash). PM me if interested.

You know me, I'm good at tearing stuff up.  Its the putting back together part that I usually have a problem with...

Yeah, I'm with Raul.....I look at the stand and can tell how we could tear it apart.....I wouldn't trust putting anything other then a piece of glass for a table on it afterwards though.

It shouldnt be too hard. I'lltake pictures to give everyone an idea. This isn't an ordinary stand. A bunch of 2x4 with a pretty ornate shell.

Can you tell if it is held together with bolts and nets?  Screws? Or nailed?

My old oceanic had to be taken apart so that the wet/dry could be put underneath and it had a series of screws/staples holding together.

The stand is not an oceanic stand. There are mostly bolts holding it together

Shouldn't be much of a problem then.....by how much does it need before it will fit through the door? Probably for added security put a few more screws through it along with some wood glue when you go back together with it.

I wouldnt use wood glue cause your gonna want to get it out of the room again without tearing it up.
