Male or Female. Whats the best way to tell?

if you bought the largest Black Calvus at the auction it is most likely a male.  Most females don't reach that size.  Females will max out around 3-4inches.  So, unless that is a REALLY old female, it is most likely a male.  The males can almost reach twice that size.  Males also get a higher forehead.  Females are more bullet shaped.

A Calvus? they usually have a few over at Tropical Fish Depot, and I've seen them at Village before.
