I need more too... I really want to get 100 more which would be awesome but money doesn't grow on trees apparently.
Mine are a bit bigger than that too but a good size comparison would be a grain of rice. Mine don't bother shrimp and as long as I've known and kept them before they've never bothered anyone.

They've gotten cooler and cooler to watch since I've had them. I bet if I put 'em in the 20 long I'd see more schooling action than I do in the cube. It's neat to watch 'em zipping through the plants though, and yeah, they don't even bother the tiniest of shrimplets.

how big do this little guys get?

Not longer than 0.75"-1" typically. They're in my tiny 7.9 gallon cube and they look great!! Don't bother my little shrimplets either.
