Back is painted black, Lid is included (but no hood/light fixture). I just moved fish out of it last week, so it definitely holds water just fine. In pretty good shape, might have a few small scratches, nothing noticeable. Tank/Stand is $55. You get a little bit of free Pool Filter Sand too because I am lazy.
I also have an Odyssea light fixture/bulbs. It is a little longer than this tank, it works fine, and its 2x9W. Don't know much about lights. $15 for it if you want.
