My youngest got a garage hack tattoo on her foot. She says it's a rose made of $100.00 bills

she wants to get it covered up by a real artist.

We stopped by a few places on lower Westheimer yesterday.

Would appreciate tips on good artist who can help her out

Thanks, like most tattoos it's still a work in progress. Everything that I posted was by Omar Hernandez. He owns Los Muertos tattoo studio. Since I found him I have not used anyone else. He's more known for his black and grey but does great color too.
