Well said, Frankie. Many feel the way as you do. The only way to see true change is to get involved, though. There's no fighting that fact. It really is a privilege to vote, not a constitutional right... so, if you feel strongly about something, you should vote. If you feel even stronger about the negative impacts of the "sheeple," get organized.

I vote by other means.
I vote for real freedom, for ANON and hacktivists, I vote for us the Americans (as soon as we stop being lazy and comfortable).
I donate to certain things and vote for certain bills, etc...
Until WE THE PEOPLE get off our lazy asses and want to really do something for America, then we need to rise up and make the government understand that we do not tolerate this crap anymore.
All they are now is business men and we are guinea pigs.
I dont like how we are capitalists.
There is no more democracy.

these folks you elect or so called vote in, are the same chair holders of companies like monsanto, phizer, merck, black ops contractors, etc....

I know the state is Rep. its all the other state and local. that really matter.

I seriously have no idea what you just said, but I'm not starting a debate. Debating on the Internet serves no purpose to me. I'm just stating my strong opinion on the matter.

To be perfectly honest, I was very interested in looking at the popular vote for our great state of Texas. Most metros voted blue. Go figure. :)

Unfortunately, yes sir... It is disturbingly true. The electoral college is all that matters when it comes to the next president. Remember Al Gore taking it to the supreme court? He won the popular and wanted a recount. He had good grounds for this because history typically has shown the popular and the E.C. to hold the same trends.

He lost because "Dubya" won the E.C. It's all that matters for the president and the vice president.

Texas, as far as I know, has never gone blue. They've always given all votes to the republican candidate. That's why you and I have never shaken hands with Gov. Romney. He knew he won this state before he even decided to run for office...

Still, I did my part because our bed is more comfortable than the couch.

I voted my vote doesn't count though like someone else already said, it's a red state so it's doesn't matter who you vote for on a presidential level :)))... on the other hand, I do pay attention to state and local level
