Because of the electoral college, I almost exclusively vote 3rd party as means of protest. I voted for the Libertarian Party guy. I knew my state was going Romney.

As a rule I keep Gov. out of my life. I work hard take care for my family. I pay my taxes and I vote. Becuase I care. Why would I care? I live here and my kids and grandkids live here. I don't want them to be spioled and have every thing they want. I want them to be hard working. To work for the things they need. Gov. do very little for people like us. We do more for them. But that is not how everyone is and no one is going to change it. with out people being responsible for their own lifes...

I was just like you about 10 years ago. At some point, you have to realize that we "never" were truly a democracy. It's a pipe dream, spewed forth every election year. Yesterday, they struck fear in us by throwing around the term Communist. Today it's Socialist. It's ridiculous and a gov't lead by fear. It's really tiring...

I have been hardcore for about 10 yrs or so as well.
I do know a little bit about a little bit.
Here is my first proposal to EVERYONE.

Get your a$$e$ up and go to your bank and get all of your money out.
then grab all your credit cards and lets get together and start a bonfire.
Throw the credit cards in the bonfire while you guys make smores.
Then start paying your bills in cash.
That would be my suggestion for them chumps to listen.
If not, then lets go to plan B.
You guys will love plan B.
But be forewarned, we will be labeled as home grown terrorists and Marshall law will prob be upon us.
But hey, its Merica' - where "F R E E D O M" is represented and we have non violence protest and be w/e we want to be.

Its all good though.

Legals, charged up with taxes, at any given time their rights revoked, have what they work hard for taken away from them.

I vote by other means.
I vote for real freedom, for ANON and hacktivists, I vote for us the Americans (as soon as we stop being lazy and comfortable).
I donate to certain things and vote for certain bills, etc...
Until WE THE PEOPLE get off our lazy asses and want to really do something for America, then we need to rise up and make the government understand that we do not tolerate this crap anymore.
