Who here knows about TV repair? I've a Mitsubishi rear Projection TV Model wt-42311 That won't turn on [and hasn't for like, 4 years] With a 2-2 Service code, all I know it's a convergence IC problem. A local repair shop quoted me $300 for the repair. Then I looked it up and found out that the parts are like 20$ for both from ebay. I'm afraid to do it myself even though it's only basic soldering as it was my grandpa's old TV he left me when he passed and I don't want to break it beyond repair.

Water Heater pilot went out. Pilot won't stay lit. I followed directions to the letter...I've done this before on multiple water heaters.

Any suggestions? Instructions say I need to have it looked at. Who should I call...reasonable?

Sounds like your thermocouple is bad, they cost about $10.. If you can change your spark plugs you can change this part out. If not... it's probably about ~$50 to have someone do it.
