Ah but the difference is OU chokes at the big game every year and the only lost 24-14 to Florida. They gave Florida a good game. OSU was a complete beating I felt embarrassed for OSU fans, 41-14 is hard to swallow.

I love football season. Russ I am going to have to go with D on this one. OSU sucks against real competition outside of Big 10 and we all know the Big 10 is the same as the Big East and ACC. They suck until someone can prove otherwise. I will apologize for my statement about OSU if they can beat USC. With that being said I dont see that happening for years.

I really have nothing against UT. I just think it's funny that these huge schools play these horrible matchups every year to make themselves feel better, and so commentators can make predictions about the rest of the year. I feel bad for the schools that don't ask to be brutally massacred for their first game every season.

Its primarily because college doesnt have a preseason. So this is there preseason to get out the kinks before the real competition starts. And actually these schools do ask to be massacred. They dont have to sign the deal to play the big schools. But they do and why is that its because UT and all the other schools give the schools hundred of thousands of dollars to take it on the chin with the slight hope to be Monroe v Alabama or App State v Michigan.
