Description:
Penguin tetras are a schooling fish and should be kept in groups of at least 6. They are excellent for a community tank and do best with plants and driftwood. They are a very active fish.
They prefer a heavily planted with some open space to swim.
They are pale to golden in color, and have a black vertical stripe that extends down the bottom half of the tail.
