Haha mob boss red tail... I like it. I've found it's really hit or miss with the tiger barbs. I've had some really peaceful ones, and also some terrors.

maybe its because I gotta mob boss red tail swimming around keeping everybody in check but I got 8 tiger barbs and they just school together and dont bother anybody. My guess is maybe if the don wasnt in there they would be running the show and nippin fins

+1 I kept tiger barbs with my angels and they got along good

Something like that. Much better option coupled with angels cause they will pick off neons one by one.

The koi are beautiful. If you're starting off with little ones, you could have 4-5 of them and then hopefully end up with 1-2 pairs and sell off the rest. Most people would say to only keep one fully grown pair in a 56gal at maximum, but I've gotten away with 2 pairs in a 55gal and they did beautifully, breeding and all. Also, the koi typically don't grow as huge as some of the other angels. That's going to be a beautiful tank!Originally posted by ralph712 View PostI am thinking of the koa angelfish if I can find them love the orange on them. How many do you think could go in a 56gal
