    The catfish may get picked on by the JD, and his scaleless skin would be prone to damage while he is adjusting in the tank. Later, I'm sure he'll stand his ground.

    i, having experienced there massive appetites, would hesitate to put him with other fish, unless the other fish are going to keep up growth wise.
    but it will probably be ok for the time being.

    Stay away from feeders. Bullheads are NOT fussy eaters, so regular aquarium foods will be just fine. Try some stinky NLS Thera A pellets, since it supposedly help with parasites that he may be carrying.
