Me too. Just one fish in the tank was WAY too stressful. If one of these die, its only 1/9th as stressful!

Well, they're not dying, but they're not thriving. We seem to be in a holding pattern. I'm thinking I need to slowly start adding a little more each day, but I'm scared I'm going to overdose and kill them.

Sweet looking tank! How about more rummynose tetras? Or are they hiding in the photo?

we started off with over 20 and they kept getting sucked into our overflow and dying, then we bought 10 more to bring the number back up to 20 and those 10 died. I think the fish gods are telling us there should only be 10 rummynose in there.

Tank and discus look really good. The plants look nice in there.

when it gathers in one spot makes it easier to vacuum! Plus with all the poop hiding in the rocks, makes the tank always look clean.

Yes, it does gather there. The Corys do what they can, and when I vacuum once a week I get the rest.

I'm doing two 75% water changes a week.

awesome tank setup...good to see the discus so healthy and happy. question though...do you have any problems with all the poop going straight for the rockpile...doesnt it gather there?

They are growing like CRAZY! We feed Tetra Color Bits four times a day, as well as blood worms two to three times a week, and "screwcumbered" zucchini once a week.

Unfortunately, no breeding activity so far. Dan said once they get bigger they might start to pair up. He also said however that even if they did, the odds of success are low with our hard tap water.

i think i would like a small group of Sterbai Cories, for my 40g when i set it up with my Aquedens rivulatus when i get him.

do you think this will be feasable? i really like the look of the sterbais!

The Sterbais are super cool, but I've quickly become a fan of all Corys - not just the Sterbais.

I'm not sure if they would work with a Green Terror though... Perhaps someone else reading this could weigh in.
