Lighting for 56 column tank

Just planning ahead. The dimensions are 30x18x24. I wanted to go t5 and I'll eventually add co2 but in the mean time I will not. I'm mostly wanting to grow water clovers (if I can find them) and moss. Nothing special. I saw a 96 watt fishneedit 4 bulb t5 fixture. To much with out co2? I'm planning on making this a CBS/CRS tank so I would rather not go co2
