Anyone know any good places for Texas Cichlid fishing?

What do these Texas Cichlids look like? And are you guys catching them with hooks are nets?

In my experience, just about everywhere near Austin has Texas Cichlids.

San Marcos, Blanco & the Guadalupe are prime spots for TC. Of course you could always drop a line in my pond...LOL

As the title states, anyone know a good place? I know a couple areas but those places have very few of them and I'm looking to catch big ones. Oh, and places where bowfins are would be nice too. Help a guy out please? lolTags: None
