I like red claw macro's because they are territorial. Large and can be kept with larger fish.

I like surf shrimp that are being blown up by a big trout or redfish. It's an indicator of where I should place my lure. But my favorite are the Taiwan reds.

My favorite shrimp is a fresh Gulf one stuffed inside a jalapeno pepper with bacon wrapped around it and cooked on the grill!

Anyways, back to the topic. My favorite would have to be the Royal Blue Tigers, but I've never owned them. I'm loving my Blue velvets.
