I have 2 CALVUS, 2 leleupi, 1 Julie transcripus, one BN PLECO, and I had one candy cane goby but he has with burried himself under the sand or eaten/died.

I'm putting a 50 in my room and I want an active tank like Mbuna and peacock cichlids. How many? Plus, I have one frontosa in my 55 gallon. Can he live his life in there or will he out grow it.

For $$, I wouldn't think Mbuna or peacocks would make you much unless you have quality offspring. What kind of frontosa do you have? It will depend on how many other fish you have in there. I know Burundi Fronts could possibly max out at about 15". The biggest I've seen was about 8-10". They are quite large fish...

Not really, the fry require certain food that must be cultivated. I've seen some people do it but not many...

Lets see? what to breed just for capital gain? You could Try Class N Endlers. they push out babys every 24 days or so. If you can give the documentation. they can sale pretty high price.
You could try King Callipterus. I don't know anyone that breeds this and they are one of my fav.s
But the one I would do... The fly river turtle...
I do know how to make a small fortune breeding fish...

Fish Gallery has some galaxy rasboras that stay small and are very pretty that you could resell.

I wouldn't recommend discus if you're not very experienced in the hobby. Also rams would do better with a harem to keep aggressiveness in check. Try walking around a couple LFS and look at what stock they have. If you like the fish, go home and research them. If you decide you want to buy them, good luck!

You could go with discus but they require a lot of attention maybe angels or rams

I'd steer away from bettas. I've heard the fry grow extremely slow. If you want to breed anything for profit, keep in mind of prices you see in a LFS, difficulty of breeding, what the fish require (pairs or harems), aggressiveness, how fast the fry grow, demand for the fish (watch the market section and you could get a good idea of what most people want), and the list goes on.

For me, it all comes down to what I would want to keep since I'll be taking care of them and watching them. I wouldn't want a fish that I don't like.
