the best thing about those books is that they sink pretty well when water logged and handcuffed to an ankle. just sayin.

They start that book the day they meet you. My wife has a library...

The grouping on the right is good. The left looks fake. All the rocks have vertical(?) stripes and the 3 rocks all have the strips going the same direction. This is picked up in the 2nd rock on the right in the right group thus making both groups look not as good. I'd leave the right group alone I'd move the 2nd rock in the left group to the left so it's the first rock in the group, then the first rock in the group I'd flip onto it's side in front of the big rock, the third rock I'd angle some so the stripes are not the same as the big rock. I'd leave the group on the right alone.Originally posted by nightster View PostHere it is...

It would be awesome if you used weights and foam to make the barbie float facedown with the legs and arms dangling. It would make your fish look HUGE!Originally posted by sunkenmetal View PostI am getting ideas for my stream tank... saw some pretty sweet barbie directions
Maybe get a tiny replica TPWD boat to make it look like they are looking for a body...
Whats wrong with me?!?!?!?!

Well its already got fish in it so when i do my next water change I'll change it up a bit. Good idea, I'll probably add more sand in the back to give it a bit of a slope.

+1Originally posted by Totenkampf View Postneeds plants. lol. i like the two piles but they still seem too orderly. too vertical. maybe some stone should lean a bit? they also look like they have been placed on the substrate. maybe get them in final position and then sprinkle substrate down the sides of the stones so that they look as though they erupted from the surface? you have done a better job addressing the depth issue. it must be hard to accomplish depth in a 12 inch deep aquarium with such large stones. planted tanks often do this by a severe slope in the substrate from front to back and also by creating terraces.
