So what do you reccomend I keep in a 210??..im new to trophs...is there a different troph I should get as good starter trophs?

All tropheus are the same really. You can keep any variant. Just get some that look nice to you. I personally like rare over color....but that's just me.

Thanks guys. Glad i jumped on this tank. I got some cyps and foai with the tank and they all went into 125 with the lunangwa south Trophs Thursday. As of yesterday i have three female Trophs holding. Is that a coincidence or did the extra fish prompt the breeding? Or was it the weather change? I can't tell :confused:

I got tired of looking at all the floating nurseries in my tank and seeing as though its a 30g it took up a ton of space so I released my two batches of fry and surprisingly they joined the colony unnoticed! Some were about spat size and the others a little over an inch and they are roaming the rocks un bothered!

My Moliro fry went to their new home yesterday and i don't think they will breed again until i move the Petros out of the 135. Into the big tank. I'll probably do that Tuesday after i get my batch from John, the fourth blood line in my colony.

I've got at least three, maybe four, Lunangwa South holding going on a week now. So I should be getting some fry in a couple of weeks from them.

Got a 5ft 100 gallon tank to finish off for my newly acquired Cyathopharynx Foai "Kigoma". Decided to keep these guys for the longish-term to see the males transform. Getting the sand and overflow for it Tuesday on the way to John's and I can complete it. AC110 and wet/dry for filtration and a Koralia 1400 on a timer to stir up detritus every 4 hours during lights-on period. The Foai will get 5 small Cyp. Kekese as dither.
