    Hadn't seen those in a while. I remember seeing larval tiger salamanders and Mexican axolotls with frequency in the LFS and Petsmarts in the early 90's. Currently, tiger salamander larvae are sold as bass bait and axolotls are almost extinct and go for $60.00 + when available.

    nevermind...I was thinking of a waterdog, Fish Gallery has those in right now though. they are REALLY cool looking.

    dude, i have never seen any anywhere in houston, but i would guess mike at fish ranch 2 would be your best bet on getting some in on a special order.
    i would love some, they are such neat little fishes:)
