i trashed the idea of low level water and sticks and other stuff lol.
some people have seen pics of it but here is how it looks now.

More plants. Might need some fluorite or soil substrate....I have been told macroalgae is great for brackish cause they will reduce nitrates. I never got a chance to try and support them cause my Green.Spotted.Puffer died. I know it is essential for saltwater tanks and most do a chamber with macroalgae underneath with a shop light. If you could get some macroalgae going on it would look cool and benefit the ecosystem.

But, I don't know too much about that. My brackish didn't last longer than 3 months, best of luck.

more wood! or at least put the teepee formation in the middle maybe. cause it looks like all the focus is in the corner. and i was say definitely more powerful lighting. But fantastic start!

More light and filtration couldn't hurt. Nice start. Archer fish are cool.

You can goto City Pets they have the extension tubes for the aquaclear 20's there in stock.. All you get is just another tube like the one you have and you add the second one to the end of it. This extents it. If you got the Aquaclear 20 new it should have come with two of them in the packaging. Just add the second one to the end of the first one.

You sure the filter didn't come with an extension tube for the intake? I know AquaClear makes them...

really i think you cold drop the water level more and then put a big piece of slate and angle it just right to were the water slides downt the rock almost and add wood on left side

but hey thats just my .2 cents
