    Nice. I'm glad they're protecting the eggs. Do you see them fanning the eggs as well?

    I've had success with taking the eggs out into another tank with whatever they're stuck on and putting an airstone right over them. I usually add a fungicide to the water as well to protect the eggs. You can also take the eggs out and allow their parents to be with them until they hatch, after which you can remove the parents and allow the fry to grow out in that tank. The parents typically do a good job with keeping the eggs clean and free of fungus, but they will typically snack on their own fry and also not protect them from other large fish in the tank.

    Will the breeding pair protect the fry or will it be dinner time. Presently they are protecting the eggs FERROCIOUSLY, to the point they keep all the fish at the opposite end of the tank. All responses appreciatted.
