You would also have Tom build a shed big enough for you to sleep in matt

Sweet wondering how your room handled the temps.

    They did surprisingly well actually.
The room temperature hovers around the mid 70s. The heaters kept the tanks nice and warm in the low 80s.
The discus love it. The pairs are laying eggs quite often.
The extra effort that i spent insulating the heck out of all the walls and the garage door worked outstandingly.

Well, I figure i'll take the tops off and have a fan going together with the vent turned on.
Or as a backup, i have the electricals set up so that i have an outlet in the corner that will accomodate a portable AC unit.

That plus the de-humidifier makes the room nice and toasty.
Also, all my tanks are insulated at the bottom with 1/2" insulating foam and reflectix all round the sides and back.
Together with versatops on all tanks, it seems to be keeping all the tanks above 80 degrees.

Yes. it's my personal collection. These were all around the house, making everything nice and humid inside. So i had to move everything out into the garage. The house is sooo much better now...

SO how do you think the tanks are going to do in the 100 degree summer weather?

looking good! how much does the temp in the garage differ from outside. Im trying to set up a snail breeding tank or two in my garage with 2 20 gallons, because I have no room inside. Also is this room for your personal collection or are you a seller?
