Actually the zoomed lamps at petco are pretty good. Iv used them before and like the lighting they put out. I had bought some ho bulbs from T and T , and supposedly their good but im not impressed too much. When its time im going back to the zoomed ones
Yah that's cool I think I have another 6500 laying around also so Ill have of them if I can find the second one text me tommorow sometime I get off at 4

Sounds great, would you be willing to trade for a 54 w actinic (odyssea)? I have 2 of them that came with the fixture that i've never used since I'm not doing salt water..
I have a 6500k I just took out of mine I wanted a purple plus instead. The 6500 k isn't to my liking for a reef tank it's not Very old maybe three months. It's 48 inch 54 w u can have it for ten bucks 409-599/7957
Where can I find good lasting high-output T5 bulbs around South Houston? Petsmart/Petco suck of course. Looking for 6700k probably. I have a 4 bulb fixture and have a hard time finding bulbs that aren't junk. Trying to get some high light for my plants.
