I my experience corys are among the hardiest species and can tolerate things that would kill many other species.
Depending on what species of Corydoras you're talking about. Aeneus, Paleatus, aso are very hardened. Lots of others are very sensitive !!! Fry of all species is pretty sensitive!
I like how they look, but for some reason i never had luck keeping corys alive. tanks were always in good condition, peaceful tank mates, tanks were planted back then, etc. Nobody could explain my bad luck. I had females lay eggs but all the males were gone. One day i will try again

I just got a dozen panda corys to go along with the others that I have. It's amazing to see them school and somehow stay with their kind and not get mixed with the other corys even though they all look similar.
