LOL yeah but all that would happen is you'd get jittery and have palpitations like you drank wayyyy too much coffee. That's what was up with me yesterday. I kept dropping the chocolate cake on the floor because I'd had too much coffee earlier.Originally posted by eklikewhoa View PostI actually want to try using it... reminds me of that one scene from pulp fiction...
Your heart could also stop, but that's, like, in 1% of patients. Sucks for them. Don't try it. Oh and Thai, don't you DARE DARE him to.

I'm deathly allergic to those types of bites/stings. Last time I was stung by a bee I went into shock, stopped breathing, body was filled with hives and I was rushed to the emergency room and woke up later that night not knowing what happened.
All because I got a new pellet gun and found a bee hive at a vacant house.

Oh yeah! I remember reading that now. Hence your obsession with feeding them fire ants.Originally posted by eklikewhoa View PostFrom what I saw on NatGeo, their poison derives from the venom in fire ants.
If the ants bite you, I'm not prescribing you anything. Just sayin. Unless you stop breathing. Then I might step in. So I don't go to jail. Just sayin'.

They are poisons depending on their diet...they can be poisonous in captivity if you feed them what the eat in the wild to be poisonous....which would be fire ants. :)Originally posted by aquabee View PostAre they poisonous in captivity too Brian? I thought I read somewhere that some types are not, or if they're bred in captivity then they're not poisonous. Can't remember what exactly I read.
Edit: late post bc ek post hores.

Jacob has the parents to these. That would be cool to feed them the ants maybe I can control my ant population in my backyard. Then again someone is going to forget and then its all fun and games until someone puts an eye out.
