I buy online. Not sure if any local stores carry the flakes or not. I buy the flakes directly from kens fish and the pellets from Amazon.

Great stuff. I buy 2 big bags at a time. I also mix in a small amount of NLS pellets.

I feed zoo med spirulina (2lb tub) and cichlid excel medium pellets. Fish like both and no "dirty" problems. Ken's flake also good for me in the past. Best price on cichlid excel is petmountain online.

Looking for a clean food for trophs/petros...it's been awhile since I kept these fish. NLS is what I'm using currently but it's too dirty of a food. What good flakes are out there? Or pellets. Is dainichi still around???
