Petrochromis trewavasae- the wait is over!

My petros seem to be doing well, but I've run into a snag. My wife is having second thoughts on letting me get a tank bigger than the one I have right now. I think she's afraid of letting the flood doors open for more large tanks. I'm having fun with these guys, but I know they'll need a bigger tank. I don't know what I'm gonna do.

how many tanks do you have? whats the water volume on each tank?

My wife just torpedoed my idea to put a large tank in the garage (even though I can't fit my truck on my side anyhow, and it's empty). But she's moving closer to letting me have space in the study. It's called the bait and switch. hehe Though I may need to buy a new couch and possibly several other pieces of furniture.

Every evening is a new suprise with these guys. Some of them have gotten pretty dark this evening. One of the smallest ones has staked out it's territory and chases the bigger ones away (double it's size). They've got personality or should I say multiple personalities.
