What color to paint my background?

Thai has polli with a blue background and their stripes look great. My old annectens with a black background turned them dark grey and sorta drab. I vote for blue.

Yeah I know the polli look good with blue, but I don't like my canary cheeks against blue, and Im also buying some Cyps from tattoo and those look good against black too. Im stuck with making a decision to have two species looking good, or only having one looking good.

I'm partial to black, but after seeing all of Sunny's setups, I have to say that with trophs I think I like that bright blue color better. Especially since it reflects shimmer from the LEDs off the back wall, and black doesn't.

ok with our jokes. yes, i agree blue or black would be a good background. make a rusty brown to give it a rock look. like those fake backgrounds.

Yeah I have single bright LEDs. Man I'm not painting my tank pink.
