Vertex Mag Cleaners

Awesome. They are just purely awesome. I just got the Vertex Duplex model. It scrapes algae like cutting butter. The piece inside the tank is very slim allowing you to pass by your hardscape or possibly filters, etc. Very sleek design. Strong magnet (at least the Duplex model). The Duplex model is only $15 and the Simplex is $10! Amazingly affordable for such a nice looking piece of equipment. I read several great reviews on the Simplex and Duplex models, but many negative reviews on the larger Sensor-Mag Titanium (possibly from people using it on thicker glass that what it's meant for?). Anyways this mag cleaner gets 5/5 in my books. Definitely would take Vertex over Magfloat and Two Little Fish. I'd highly recommend them.

Yeah. I was so used to the mag-float and I was tripping when it sank lol. I'd take a badarse looking magnet cleaner over a bulky ugly floating one any day.

I have the vertex for my nano. Its awesome but algae free are beasts. You get a work out from them.
