kind of looking for some advice in trimming anacharis and replanting. Can you clip the tendrils? how long of a cut of the stalk for replanting? and if replanting should you leave the tendrils on? my tallest stalk is roughly 4" from the water line and I planned on trimming once they reach the water line so in the meantime I wanted to trim off some of the tendrils cause its starting to look like a spider web and im curious if that's a good idea.

Easiest plant ever. You can cut it half way once it reaches the surface and replant.

Anarcharis absorb nutrition mainly by using their leaves. The roots help but it would do just fine.

They are perfect for pond. Very lushly green and grow like weed.

Be sure to provide strong lighting for them tho since they are in an aquarium.

yeah anarcharis is pretty resilient, and pretty easy to care for overall. it grows very quick, and really is no rule i know of for where to trim. i always just cut it when it reached the top as well and replanted. and soon you have a wall in the back

right now I'm running 6x21" 24watt t5ho lamps. I did a retrofit and started a thread about it in the DIY section.
