I have been reading a lot about them. I am not going to count my egg befor they hatch but they are saying. these guys only breed every 6 to 8 months. With a 55 to 60 day gestation. It will take some time to get a good colony going.

I have them in my planted 40 hex. They get lost in it easy.

I second this! I had to go out of town at the last minute and missed the meeting.

I feel So blest to get this beautiful fish. I have been saving my nickels and dimes to buy Discus. I am close to what I need but now this is more important. Discus will have to wait.

Yeah, I was really looking forward to it. Sucks that they don't have these more often.

there are GHAC meetings monthly, now usually in conjunction with texas aquatics and other groups. there is a lot of charity work being put forth by the leaders and they support some great causes. for the past year there have been various raffles and auctions during the meetings depending on the location.

this livebearers meeting was the first where roy special ordered some rare species.

After a week in my tank. They are doing well. They are almost never seen. They are so small and the tank is planted so heavy. They come out to feed and disappear. Back in to the plants.
