I saw you tube video guy had eureka reds in a 20g. Bare bottom clay pot and just a sponge filter. I believe water temperature and quality should be determined factor for breeding success

I'm afraid it won't work with aggression. Male will kill your female in a 30 gallon (unless he's a gentleman!)
Off of all of my African cichlids, the only pair that works is the Leulepi in my 30 gallon by themselves. He is a real gentleman.

Honestly, you will have to try it and find out. I used to have 1M2F electric blue Ahli in 40B tank, and the male still beat the heck out of the 2 females. They breed but too much stress for the females.

But to answer your question, what is the minimum tank size to breed albino Eureka? IME, at least 55 gallon. 75 gallon is preferred in case you want to add more later on.

You cant say this will 100% certainty. All fish and setups are different. The main problem with a small stock in a small tank is aggression, yes, but it is also because the only fish the male is able to take its aggression out on is the female. Blue Ahil are also well known for their aggression in large colonies and larger tank setups. So a smaller setup probably wasn't the best.

If you are going to try this provide places for the female to hide or protect herself from the male. Aggression will come from the male if he is wanting to mate and the female is not able to or not willing to.

A possible solution is to use the rocks like Ptran has in his aquarium. The fake rock with the holes in them meant for breeding. Its a possible option but you'd probably need multiple.
