I received liners and underlayment for my pond and waterfall. bottom drains and air pump for bottom drain will come later today.
the pond hole is about half way with rain water. I plan to pump all this water out this Thursday and work on the trenches for my bottom drains and plumbing, then hopefully pour concrete collar on this Sunday - only with weather permitted.

I spent time to work on my waterfall last weekend. Due to the settlement problem i have heard from people with pond waterfall in Houston, I spent extra time to pour cement to make waterfall foundation ( like you do for driveway or patio slab), then stack blocks and filled with rebars and cement. This is what i have currently.

It might be bigger than someone's swimming pool and you may see me swimming in there with my fish. LOL.
