Media in the 2250* is effifix, Blue Coarse Foam, and Blue Bonded pad

One or possible two of the ballast that run the 4 actinic bulbs has stopped working. I don't know if they are wired in series or in parallel but the 4 don't work. Bulbs are less than 1 year old, so I know that they are good.
